Cur­ri­cu­lum Engi­neer — Dual Edu­ca­ti­on Sys­tem (CH) — Out­co­me-Based Adapt­a­ti­on for India

We are loo­king for a spe­cia­list for the con­sis­tent, sys­tem-faithful imple­men­ta­ti­on of cur­ri­cu­la.
Not for con­cepts. Not for fun­da­men­tal dis­cus­sions. For pre­cise exe­cu­ti­on.

The start­ing point for all work is the Swiss dual edu­ca­ti­on sys­tem.
The cur­ri­cu­la crea­ted are inten­ded for the Indi­an edu­ca­tio­nal con­text and must be OBE-com­pli­ant, coher­ent and audi­ta­ble. The role is loca­ted in an inter­na­tio­nal (Indi­an) edu­ca­tio­nal con­text and fol­lows a cle­ar­ly defi­ned sys­tem logic. Suc­cess is mea­su­red by com­pre­hen­si­bi­li­ty, cohe­rence and for­mal audi­ta­bi­li­ty — not ori­gi­na­li­ty.

Order

• Imple­ment spe­ci­fied pro­gram and cur­ri­cu­lum archi­tec­tures 1:1
• Deve­lop out­co­me-based edu­ca­ti­on struc­tures (PEO, PSEO, PO, PSO, CO incl. CO-PO map­ping)
• Strin­gent­ly deri­ve lear­ning and per­for­mance objec­ti­ves, prac­ti­cal com­pon­ents and assess­ments
• Crea­te, ver­si­on and main­tain modu­le and pro­gram docu­men­ta­ti­on
• Iden­ti­fy and report struc­tu­ral incon­sis­ten­ci­es at an ear­ly stage
• Ensu­re that the cur­ri­cu­la are trans­fera­ble from the Swiss model to the Indi­an con­text in a sys­tem-com­pli­ant man­ner

• You have pro­ven expe­ri­ence in ope­ra­tio­nal cur­ri­cu­lum imple­men­ta­ti­on
• Out­co­me Based Edu­ca­ti­on for you is craft, not dis­cus­sion
• Map­pings, per­for­mance tar­gets and veri­fi­ca­ti­on sys­tems are rou­ti­ne for you
• Excel is a natu­ral working tool
• You imple­ment feed­back wit­hout ego and wit­hout the urge to inter­pret
