With Dua­lEdu Bridge India , the Rajen­dra & Ursu­la Joshi Foun­da­ti­on (JCF) aims to estab­lish a sus­tainable voca­tio­nal trai­ning sys­tem in India mode­led after the Swiss sys­tem. In clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with Swiss experts and ins­truc­tors, the BSDU Uni­ver­si­ty of Appli­ed Sci­en­ces offers prac­ti­cal, labor-mar­ket-ori­en­ted trai­ning pro­grams and con­ti­nuous­ly refi­nes its edu­ca­tio­nal offe­rings.

To help deve­lop our trai­ning pro­grams, we are loo­king for a dedi­ca­ted, fle­xi­ble, relia­ble, and open-min­ded indi­vi­du­al to ensu­re the con­sis­tent and sys­te­ma­tic imple­men­ta­ti­on of exis­ting cur­ri­cu­la. This posi­ti­on is inten­ded for indi­vi­du­als who see their strength in pre­cise exe­cu­ti­on: not in deve­lo­ping new con­cepts or enga­ging in poli­cy deba­tes, but in pro­fes­sio­nal, qua­li­ty-ori­en­ted, and relia­ble exe­cu­ti­on. This exci­ting role invol­ves:

As a Cur­ri­cu­lum Engi­neer, you are respon­si­ble for the ope­ra­tio­nal imple­men­ta­ti­on of the cur­ri­cu­lar gui­de­lines defi­ned by the Direc­tor of Edu­ca­ti­on & Ope­ra­ti­ons. You will ensu­re that cur­ri­cu­la, pro­ces­ses, and qua­li­ty stan­dards are imple­men­ted accu­ra­te­ly, con­sis­t­ent­ly, and on sche­du­le; coor­di­na­te with rele­vant stake­hol­ders; and gua­ran­tee a smooth imple­men­ta­ti­on throug­hout all pha­ses of pro­gram deve­lo­p­ment. You can expect a pro­fes­sio­nal, dedi­ca­ted, and inter­na­tio­nal work envi­ron­ment with attrac­ti­ve employ­ment terms based on a Swiss employ­ment con­tract.

Your tasks

  • Imple­ment pre­de­fi­ned pro­gram and cur­ri­cu­lum archi­tec­tures exact­ly as spe­ci­fied
  • Deve­lop Out­co­me-Based Edu­ca­ti­on struc­tures (PEO, PSEO, PO, PSO, Co, inclu­ding CO-PO map­ping)
  • The cur­ri­cu­la deve­lo­ped (based on the Swiss dual edu­ca­ti­on sys­tem) are inten­ded for the Indi­an edu­ca­tio­nal con­text and must be OBE-com­pli­ant, coher­ent, and audi­ta­ble when imple­men­ted the­re.
  • Deri­ve lear­ning and per­for­mance objec­ti­ves, prac­ti­cal com­pon­ents, and assess­ments in a rigo­rous man­ner
  • Crea­te, ver­si­on, and main­tain modu­le and pro­gram docu­men­ta­ti­on
  • Iden­ti­fy and report struc­tu­ral incon­sis­ten­ci­es ear­ly on
  • Ensu­re that the cur­ri­cu­la can be adapt­ed from the Swiss model to the Indi­an con­text in a way that is con­sis­tent with the sys­tem.
