Project Manager “Manufacturing” (Polymechanics)

Your profile

  • Completed basic training (EFZ) as a polymechanic or in an occupational field related to polymechanics and completed further training with a federal certificate. Specialist certificate or completed studies
  • At least ten years of professional experience, five of which in a managerial position
  • Experience as a vocational teacher or trainer in a training center in the vocational field of polymechanics
  • Experience as an in-company training instructor in the vocational field of polymechanics
  • Experience in designing training workshops (concept, implementation, further development)
  • Experience in Industry 4.0 (concept and implementation)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (level B2)
  • Extremely independent working style, mentally resilient, open and flexible to change
  • Very good communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, confident demeanor
  • Responsible, persistent and a reliable contact person

Your tasks

  • Supporting school management in all basic and continuing education programs
  • Further development of the modularized school curriculum in basic education (school-based and inter-company training)
  • Supporting the school management in cooperation with partners from industry
  • Assistance in planning a new, future-oriented training center for the inter-company polymechanics courses
  • Supporting the school management in the implementation of machine maintenance
  • Methodological support for Indian subject teachers in the implementation of the teaching assignment
  • Ensuring the quality and continuity of our training standards

The Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) has set itself the goal of introducing and developing a new vocational training system in India. The basis for this is Switzerland’s proven dual vocational training model. Competent Swiss experts and trainers support a vocational university (BSDU) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The BSDU provides specialist training, general education and inter-company courses for various professions (polymechanics, carpenters, healthcare specialists, hotel specialists, electricians and car mechanics) as part of various training courses. In Facility Management, most of the in-company training is also carried out on the university’s large campus. The BSDU works together with partners from industry and trade for individual training elements.
