What is it about?

The Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Foundation (JCF) has set itself the goal of introducing and developing a new vocational training system in India. The basis for this is Switzerland’s proven dual vocational training model. Competent Swiss experts and trainers support a vocational university (BSDU) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The BSDU provides specialist training, general education and inter-company courses for various professions (polymechanics, carpenters, healthcare specialists, hotel specialists, electricians and car mechanics) as part of various training courses. In Facility Management, most of the in-company training is also carried out on the university’s large campus. The BSDU works together with partners from industry and trade for individual training elements.
