As part of the deve­lo­p­ment of our “Bache­lor of Hotel Manage­ment” pro­gram, we are loo­king for a dedi­ca­ted, fle­xi­ble, relia­ble, and open-min­ded indi­vi­du­al for the fol­lo­wing exci­ting posi­ti­on:

You can expect a chal­len­ging and varied role in an inter­na­tio­nal envi­ron­ment, with the oppor­tu­ni­ty to actively help shape the estab­lish­ment and fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of an inno­va­ti­ve degree pro­gram. You will work in a pro­fes­sio­nal, dedi­ca­ted, and inter­cul­tu­ral team and have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to spend seve­ral months on assign­ments abroad in India, with com­pre­hen­si­ve orga­niza­tio­nal sup­port. Attrac­ti­ve employ­ment terms based on a Swiss employ­ment con­tract round out the offer.

Your profile

  • A col­lege degree in Hotel Manage­ment, Hos­pi­ta­li­ty Manage­ment, Tou­rism Manage­ment, or a rela­ted field
  • Seve­ral years of pro­fes­sio­nal and lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence in the hotel, hos­pi­ta­li­ty, or edu­ca­ti­on sec­tors
  • Expe­ri­ence in trai­ning, men­to­ring, and deve­lo­ping employees or tea­chers
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, coa­ching, and con­sul­ting skills
  • Very good Ger­man and Eng­lish lan­guage skills (at least B2 level)
  • Inter­cul­tu­ral open­ness, a high degree of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty, and the abili­ty to work inde­pendent­ly
  • Wil­ling­ness to under­ta­ke assign­ments las­ting seve­ral months in India

Your tasks

  • Pro­vi­ding tech­ni­cal and pedago­gi­cal sup­port to the school admi­nis­tra­ti­on in estab­li­shing and fur­ther deve­lo­ping the Bache­lor’s degree pro­gram in Hotel Manage­ment
  • Trai­ning, coa­ching, and men­to­ring of tea­chers, as well as sup­port in con­duc­ting theo­re­ti­cal and prac­ti­cal ins­truc­tion
  • Ensu­ring and fur­ther deve­lo­ping the qua­li­ty of trai­ning, as well as imple­men­ting the BSDU frame­work plan
  • Pro­mo­ting coope­ra­ti­on with part­ner busi­nesses in the hos­pi­ta­li­ty and tou­rism indus­tries
  • Regu­lar report­ing to super­vi­sors
