This has impro\u00adved by around 10% in the last 6 years. In the last two years, a posi\u00adti\u00adve trend of around 3% per year has been achie\u00adved. Howe\u00adver, com\u00adpared to the avera\u00adge mar\u00adket growth of 6.5 \u2014 7.6% per year, the\u00adse two figu\u00adres show the diver\u00adgence bet\u00adween mar\u00adket dyna\u00admics and skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00adse are indi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons of struc\u00adtu\u00adral adjus\u00adt\u00adment defi\u00adci\u00adts, which could threa\u00adten to delay growth in the medi\u00adum term due to skills bot\u00adt\u00adlen\u00adecks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"international-quality-framework-and-swiss-quality\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">International quality framework and Swiss Quality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In India, the\u00adre are clear qua\u00adli\u00adty frame\u00adworks in the area of voca\u00adtio\u00adnal and skills trai\u00adning. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nsdcindia.org\/national-occupational-standards\">Natio\u00adnal Skills Qua\u00adli\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons Frame\u00adwork (NSQF)<\/a><\/strong> defi\u00adnes qua\u00adli\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon levels based on lear\u00adning out\u00adco\u00admes and struc\u00adtures skills along trans\u00adpa\u00adrent level descrip\u00adti\u00adons. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ncvet.gov.in\/\">Natio\u00adnal Coun\u00adcil for Voca\u00adtio\u00adnal Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon and Trai\u00adning (NCVET)<\/a><\/strong> assu\u00admes regu\u00adla\u00adto\u00adry respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty for qua\u00adli\u00adty assu\u00adrance and gover\u00adnan\u00adce in the skills eco\u00adsys\u00adtem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out\u00adco\u00adme ori\u00aden\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon and insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal super\u00advi\u00adsi\u00adon are thus struc\u00adtu\u00adral\u00adly desi\u00adgned. Indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal qua\u00adli\u00adty initia\u00adti\u00adves are not enough in such an envi\u00adron\u00adment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>VET Char\u00adter SNG 33440<\/strong> shows how qua\u00adli\u00adty can be desi\u00adgned as a coher\u00adent sys\u00adtem archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre. It has been in force in Switz\u00ader\u00adland sin\u00adce 2023 and was deve\u00adlo\u00adped by the <a href=\"https:\/\/igbb.ch\/charta-berufsbildung\/\">Swiss Voca\u00adtio\u00adnal Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon and Trai\u00adning Inte\u00adrest Group (IGBB)<\/a> tog\u00ade\u00adther with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snv.ch\/en\/\">Swiss Asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon for Stan\u00addar\u00addiza\u00adti\u00adon<\/a> and experts from pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal and busi\u00adness orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The char\u00adter con\u00adnects:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pro\u00adcess manage\u00adment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Com\u00adpe\u00adtence assess\u00adment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Docu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gover\u00adnan\u00adce and  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage\u00adment respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty into an inte\u00adgral model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is pre\u00adcis\u00ade\u00adly this inte\u00adgral logic that is requi\u00adred in the cur\u00adrent situa\u00adti\u00adon in India. If skill uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties sca\u00adle wit\u00adhout ancho\u00adring their qua\u00adli\u00adty archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre sys\u00adte\u00admi\u00adcal\u00adly, volu\u00adme is crea\u00adted wit\u00adhout sta\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty. The VET Char\u00adter SNG 33440 shows how such an archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre can be deve\u00adlo\u00adped.   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"systemic-consequence\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systemic consequence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If eco\u00adno\u00admic growth is per\u00adma\u00adnent\u00adly fas\u00adter than skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, a struc\u00adtu\u00adral defi\u00adcit ari\u00adses. In the initi\u00adal pha\u00adse, it is not sys\u00adte\u00admi\u00adcal\u00adly visi\u00adble becau\u00adse com\u00adpa\u00adnies can absorb it through inter\u00adnal trai\u00adning, grea\u00adter sel\u00adec\u00adti\u00advi\u00adty or lon\u00adger induc\u00adtion peri\u00adods.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Howe\u00adver, this com\u00adpen\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adon increa\u00adses cos\u00adts and delays pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00advi\u00adty, which puts pres\u00adsu\u00adre on mar\u00adgins and com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness. If com\u00adpe\u00adtence deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment is not con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adent\u00adly mea\u00adsu\u00adred and insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal\u00adly mana\u00adged, dif\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adces in per\u00adfor\u00admance ari\u00adse which \u2014 once estab\u00adlished \u2014 can only be influen\u00adced to a limi\u00adt\u00aded ext\u00adent. Against this back\u00adground, the upco\u00adming ERP decis\u00adi\u00adon beco\u00admes rele\u00advant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When sel\u00adec\u00adting an ERP sys\u00adtem for the BSDU, the focus is not on user-fri\u00adend\u00adli\u00adne\u00adss. The decisi\u00adve fac\u00adtor is whe\u00adther the sys\u00adtem can inte\u00adgra\u00adte skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment over seve\u00adral semes\u00adters and pre\u00adsent it in a com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adble man\u00adner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sui\u00adta\u00adble sys\u00adtem must com\u00adbi\u00adne lear\u00adning pro\u00adgress, prac\u00adti\u00adcal work expe\u00adri\u00adence, indus\u00adtry feed\u00adback and exami\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon results. Many tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty ERPs are geared towards cre\u00addits, cour\u00adses and gra\u00addes. They mana\u00adge stu\u00addy pro\u00adgres\u00adsi\u00adon, but do not sys\u00adte\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly map how actu\u00adal skills deve\u00adlop.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If per\u00adfor\u00admance data from theo\u00adry, prac\u00adti\u00adce and indus\u00adtry are not recor\u00added in an inte\u00adgra\u00adted man\u00adner, employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty can\u00adnot be pro\u00adven.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ERP sel\u00adec\u00adtion is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre not just an IT pro\u00adject. It con\u00adcerns the Skill Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty\u00ad\u2019s abili\u00adty to mana\u00adge, as moni\u00adto\u00adring is a pre\u00adre\u00adqui\u00adsi\u00adte for sca\u00adlable impact. In this con\u00adtext, <em>Edu\u00adBridge India<\/em> acts as an ope\u00adra\u00adtio\u00adnal inter\u00adface bet\u00adween skills archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre, indus\u00adtry requi\u00adre\u00adments and insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal gover\u00adnan\u00adce.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conclusion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eco\u00adno\u00admic dyna\u00admics are sca\u00adlable becau\u00adse they are con\u00adtrol\u00adled on the basis of data. Skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment is only sca\u00adlable if it is also based on cle\u00adar\u00adly defi\u00adned and sys\u00adte\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly eva\u00adlua\u00adted per\u00adfor\u00admance data. Growth increa\u00adses the num\u00adber of pro\u00adgrams and gra\u00addua\u00adtes. Whe\u00adther com\u00adpe\u00adtence levels sta\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adze or diver\u00adge depends on the qua\u00adli\u00adty of the data basis.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repro\u00addu\u00adci\u00adb\u00adle skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment is a pre\u00adre\u00adqui\u00adsi\u00adte for sus\u00adtainable pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00advi\u00adty. Sus\u00adtainable pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00advi\u00adty crea\u00adtes the added value from which invest\u00adments and the eco\u00adno\u00admic future ari\u00adse. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
