This rea\u00adliza\u00adti\u00adon beca\u00adme a gui\u00adding prin\u00adci\u00adple of Dua\u00adlEdu Bridge India.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"work-dignity-and-institutional-responsibility\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work, dignity and institutional responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whe\u00adre young peo\u00adp\u00adle do not find a sta\u00adble place in the labor mar\u00adket despi\u00adte gra\u00addua\u00adting, this is not just an eco\u00adno\u00admic pro\u00adblem. The\u00adre is also a loss of con\u00adfi\u00addence in edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon as a pro\u00admi\u00adse of advance\u00adment. Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon loses cre\u00addi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty whe\u00adre it does not enable sus\u00adtainable tran\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adons into pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00adve employ\u00adment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre not just a labor mar\u00adket poli\u00adcy cate\u00adgo\u00adry, but a key indi\u00adca\u00adtor of employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty in India. It is a ques\u00adti\u00adon of insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty towards the next gene\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"dualedu-bridge-india-and-dual-education-systems\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DualEdu Bridge India and dual education systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dua\u00adlEdu Bridge India<\/em> emer\u00adged from a sober ana\u00adly\u00adsis of inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal dual edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sys\u00adtems and their impact on employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty and labor mar\u00adket inte\u00adgra\u00adti\u00adon. Voca\u00adtio\u00adnal edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon and trai\u00adning is a regu\u00adlar part of the edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre the\u00adre. The approach is not an import of a for\u00adeign model. Stu\u00addy pro\u00adgrams com\u00adbi\u00adne aca\u00adde\u00admic com\u00adpon\u00adents with cur\u00adri\u00adcu\u00adlar-based com\u00adpa\u00adny prac\u00adti\u00adce. Trai\u00adning qua\u00adli\u00adty is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre not depen\u00addent on indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals, but is ensu\u00adred through pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adres.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"vocational-education-as-the-backbone-of-the-economy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vocational education as the backbone of the economy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voca\u00adtio\u00adnal edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon in India is incre\u00adasing\u00adly seen as a stra\u00adte\u00adgic fac\u00adtor for the eco\u00adno\u00admy and employ\u00adment. India\u2019s eco\u00adno\u00admy is beco\u00adming more tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy-inten\u00adsi\u00adve and pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00advi\u00adty comes from appli\u00adca\u00adble skills. Pure fac\u00adtu\u00adal know\u00adledge only sca\u00adles to a limi\u00adt\u00aded ext\u00adent in com\u00adpa\u00adnies. A struc\u00adtu\u00adred voca\u00adtio\u00adnal trai\u00adning sys\u00adtem acts as an eco\u00adno\u00admic infra\u00adstruc\u00adtu\u00adre here. It impro\u00adves the fit bet\u00adween trai\u00adning and the labor mar\u00adket. It redu\u00adces mis\u00adal\u00adlo\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons and streng\u00adthens the reco\u00adgni\u00adti\u00adon of pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal care\u00aders.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indus\u00adtry-sup\u00adport\u00aded orga\u00adniza\u00adti\u00adons such as the<a href=\"https:\/\/ficci.in\/\"> Fede\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon of Indi\u00adan Cham\u00adbers of Com\u00admer\u00adce and Indus\u00adtry (FICCI) <\/a>have also been poin\u00adting out the con\u00adnec\u00adtion bet\u00adween skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment, employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty and the com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adve\u00adness of the eco\u00adno\u00admy for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voca\u00adtio\u00adnal edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon and trai\u00adning is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre not a catch-all sys\u00adtem for the weak. It is a regu\u00adlar edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal pathway with its own qua\u00adli\u00adty stan\u00addards. The World Bank also empha\u00adsi\u00adzes the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/topic\/skillsdevelopment\">importance of labour mar\u00adket-rela\u00adted qua\u00adli\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons<\/a> for eco\u00adno\u00admic growth and sus\u00adtaina\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty. Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal expe\u00adri\u00adence thus shows that eco\u00adno\u00admies with strong voca\u00adtio\u00adnal trai\u00adning often have more resi\u00adli\u00adent labor mar\u00adkets. This is not a cul\u00adtu\u00adral coin\u00adci\u00addence but the result of con\u00adsis\u00adtent and long-term sys\u00adtem main\u00adten\u00adan\u00adce.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"higher-education-reform-governance-and-quality\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Higher education reform, governance and quality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many reforms remain pro\u00adject-based and crea\u00adte pilot pro\u00adgrams, but no sus\u00adtainable struc\u00adtu\u00adre. With ongo\u00ading staff chan\u00adges across all levels, they lose their impact. Sys\u00adte\u00admic reform requi\u00adres bin\u00adding stan\u00addards, clear respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties and long-term insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal com\u00admit\u00adments. The Natio\u00adnal Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon Poli\u00adcy (NEP 2020) empha\u00adsi\u00adzes the stron\u00adger inte\u00adgra\u00adti\u00adon of voca\u00adtio\u00adnal edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon and trai\u00adning into hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dua\u00adlEdu Bridge India<\/em> is geared towards this logic. The time hori\u00adzon is long-term and the aim is to anchor it insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal\u00adly in the uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty con\u00adtext. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"conclusion\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sys\u00adtem is not mea\u00adsu\u00adred by how many pro\u00adgrams it laun\u00adches. It is mea\u00adsu\u00adred by how relia\u00adbly it leads to qua\u00adli\u00adfied employ\u00adment. Whe\u00adre lear\u00adning and work are struc\u00adtu\u00adral\u00adly lin\u00adked, resi\u00adli\u00adent skills pro\u00adfiles are crea\u00adted. Whe\u00adre this con\u00adnec\u00adtion is miss\u00ading, fric\u00adtion\u00adal los\u00adses occur.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dua\u00adlEdu Bridge India<\/em> addres\u00adses pre\u00adcis\u00ade\u00adly this inter\u00adface. The approach focu\u00adses on sys\u00adtem design, qua\u00adli\u00adty and veri\u00adfia\u00adble results. Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon reform does not start in the class\u00adroom. It starts in the archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre of the sys\u00adtem. The dis\u00adcus\u00adsion about employa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty in India shows that sys\u00adtem issues are more important than indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal mea\u00adsu\u00adres.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
