We have also set up pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adres to ensu\u00adre that data sub\u00adjects\u2019 rights are exer\u00adcis\u00aded, data is dele\u00adted and we respond to data thre\u00adats. Fur\u00adther\u00admo\u00adre, we alre\u00ada\u00addy take the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of per\u00adso\u00adnal data into account during the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and sel\u00adec\u00adtion of hard\u00adware, soft\u00adware and pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adres in accordance with the prin\u00adci\u00adple of data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion, through tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgy design and through data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion-fri\u00adend\u00adly default set\u00adtings.<br>TLS encryp\u00adti\u00adon (https): We use TLS encryp\u00adti\u00adon to pro\u00adtect your data trans\u00admit\u00adted via our online offe\u00adring. You can reco\u00adgni\u00adze such encrypt\u00aded con\u00adnec\u00adtions by the pre\u00adfix https:\/\/ in the address bar of your brow\u00adser.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Trans\u00admis\u00adsi\u00adon of per\u00adso\u00adnal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>As part of our pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data, data may be trans\u00adfer\u00adred to other bodies, com\u00adpa\u00adnies, legal\u00adly inde\u00adpen\u00addent orga\u00adniza\u00adtio\u00adnal units or per\u00adsons or dis\u00adc\u00adlo\u00adsed to them. The reci\u00adpi\u00adents of this data may include, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adders com\u00admis\u00adsio\u00adned with IT tasks or pro\u00advi\u00adders of ser\u00advices and con\u00adtent that are inte\u00adgra\u00adted into a web\u00adsite. In such cases, we obser\u00adve the legal requi\u00adre\u00adments and in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar con\u00adclude cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00adding con\u00adtracts or agree\u00adments with the reci\u00adpi\u00adents of your data that ser\u00adve to pro\u00adtect your data.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal data trans\u00adfers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Dis\u00adclo\u00adsure of per\u00adso\u00adnal data abroad: In accordance with the Swiss Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Act (DSG), we only dis\u00adc\u00adlo\u00adse per\u00adso\u00adnal data abroad if ade\u00adqua\u00adte pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of the data sub\u00adjects is gua\u00adran\u00adteed (Art. 16 Swiss DSG). If the Fede\u00adral Coun\u00adcil has not estab\u00adlished ade\u00adqua\u00adte pro\u00adtec\u00adtion (list: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bj.admin.ch\/bj\/de\/home\/staat\/datenschutz\/internationales\/anerkennung-staaten.html\">https:\/\/www.bj.admin.ch\/bj\/de\/home\/staat\/datenschutz\/internationales\/anerkennung-staaten.html)<\/a>, we take alter\u00adna\u00adti\u00adve secu\u00adri\u00adty mea\u00adsu\u00adres. The\u00adse dis\u00adclo\u00adsures are always made in accordance with legal requi\u00adre\u00adments.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dele\u00adti\u00adon of data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The data pro\u00adces\u00adsed by us will be dele\u00adted in accordance with the legal requi\u00adre\u00adments as soon as the con\u00adsent given for pro\u00adces\u00adsing is revo\u00adked or other per\u00admis\u00adsi\u00adons cea\u00adse to app\u00adly (e.g. if the pur\u00adpo\u00adse for pro\u00adces\u00adsing this data no lon\u00adger appli\u00ades or it is not requi\u00adred for the pur\u00adpo\u00adse). This appli\u00ades, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, to data that must be stored for reasons of com\u00admer\u00adcial or tax law or who\u00adse sto\u00adrage is neces\u00adsa\u00adry for the asser\u00adti\u00adon, exer\u00adcise or defen\u00adse of legal claims or to pro\u00adtect the rights of ano\u00adther natu\u00adral or legal per\u00adson.<br>As part of our data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon, we can pro\u00advi\u00adde users with fur\u00adther infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon on the dele\u00adti\u00adon and sto\u00adrage of data that appli\u00ades spe\u00adci\u00adfi\u00adcal\u00adly to the respec\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adces\u00adsing pro\u00adcess.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Rights of the data sub\u00adjects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Rights of data sub\u00adjects under the Swiss DPA:<br>As a data sub\u00adject, you have the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing rights in accordance with the pro\u00advi\u00adsi\u00adons of the Swiss DPA:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Right to infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon: <\/strong>You have the right to request con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon as to whe\u00adther per\u00adso\u00adnal data con\u00adcer\u00adning you is being pro\u00adces\u00adsed and to recei\u00adve the infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon neces\u00adsa\u00adry to enable you to assert your rights under this law and to ensu\u00adre trans\u00adpa\u00adrent data pro\u00adces\u00adsing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to data sur\u00adren\u00adder or trans\u00adfer: <\/strong>You have the right to request the sur\u00adren\u00adder of your per\u00adso\u00adnal data that you have pro\u00advi\u00added to us in a com\u00admon\u00adly used elec\u00adtro\u00adnic for\u00admat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon:<\/strong> You have the right to request the rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon of inac\u00adcu\u00adra\u00adte per\u00adso\u00adnal data con\u00adcer\u00adning you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to object, era\u00adsu\u00adre and des\u00adtruc\u00adtion: <\/strong>You have the right to object to the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of your data and to request that the per\u00adso\u00adnal data con\u00adcer\u00adning you be era\u00adsed or des\u00adtroy\u00aded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Per\u00adforming tasks in accordance with the artic\u00adles of asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon or rules of pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We pro\u00adcess the data of our mem\u00adbers, sup\u00adport\u00aders, inte\u00adres\u00adted par\u00adties, busi\u00adness part\u00adners or other per\u00adsons (coll\u00adec\u00adtively \u201cdata sub\u00adjects\u201d) if we have a mem\u00adber\u00adship or other busi\u00adness rela\u00adti\u00adonship with them and per\u00adform our tasks and are reci\u00adpi\u00adents of ser\u00advices and bene\u00adfits. Other\u00adwi\u00adse, we pro\u00adcess the data of data sub\u00adjects on the basis of our legi\u00adti\u00adma\u00adte inte\u00adrests, e.g. if admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adti\u00adve tasks or public rela\u00adti\u00adons work are invol\u00adved.<br>The data pro\u00adces\u00adsed in this con\u00adtext, the type, scope and pur\u00adpo\u00adse and the neces\u00adsi\u00adty of their pro\u00adces\u00adsing, are deter\u00admi\u00adned by the under\u00adly\u00ading mem\u00adber\u00adship or con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal rela\u00adti\u00adonship, from which the neces\u00adsi\u00adty of any data infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon also ari\u00adses (other\u00adwi\u00adse we point out neces\u00adsa\u00adry data).<br>We dele\u00adte data that is no lon\u00adger requi\u00adred for the pro\u00advi\u00adsi\u00adon of our sta\u00adtu\u00adto\u00adry and busi\u00adness pur\u00adpo\u00adses. This is deter\u00admi\u00adned accor\u00adding to the respec\u00adti\u00adve tasks and con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal rela\u00adti\u00adonships. We retain the data for as long as it may be rele\u00advant for busi\u00adness tran\u00adsac\u00adtions and with regard to any war\u00adran\u00adty or lia\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adons based on our legi\u00adti\u00adma\u00adte inte\u00adrest in their regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon.
