Their rese\u00adarch has shown that the pro\u00adpor\u00adti\u00adon of skil\u00adled workers in the\u00adse three count\u00adries is more than 90%, which dif\u00adfers signi\u00adfi\u00adcant\u00adly from other count\u00adries in Euro\u00adpe and world\u00adwi\u00adde. What is the reason for this dif\u00adfe\u00adrence? The ans\u00adwer lies in the uni\u00adque sys\u00adtem of dual trai\u00adning that pre\u00advails in Switz\u00ader\u00adland, Ger\u00adma\u00adny and Aus\u00adtria, the so-cal\u00adled \u201cSwiss dual sys\u00adtem\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inau\u00adgu\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon mark\u00aded the tran\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adon to a new pha\u00adse of deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment that is con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adent\u00adly geared towards prac\u00adti\u00adcal skills deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment and inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal qua\u00adli\u00adty stan\u00addards \u2014 with the Swiss dual edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sys\u00adtem<\/strong> as the sup\u00adport\u00ading foun\u00adda\u00adti\u00adon. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
