The basis for this is the high-qua\u00adli\u00adty and pro\u00adven model of dual voca\u00adtio\u00adnal trai\u00adning in Switz\u00ader\u00adland. With the sup\u00adport of com\u00adpe\u00adtent Swiss experts and trai\u00adners, who also work local\u00adly, the first prac\u00adti\u00adce-ori\u00aden\u00adted trai\u00adning pro\u00adgrams are being suc\u00adcessful\u00adly imple\u00admen\u00adted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Switz\u00ader\u00adlan\u00add\u2019s dual sys\u00adtem has shown over more than 150 years of histo\u00adry, it can train high\u00adly qua\u00adli\u00adfied and fle\u00adxi\u00adbly deploya\u00adble pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnals and give trai\u00adnees a start in the pro\u00adfes\u00adsio\u00adnal world on which to build a care\u00ader. Expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adced spe\u00adcia\u00adlists are in high demand and have a las\u00adting impact on the eco\u00adno\u00admy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis for this hands-on trai\u00adning is a cle\u00adver mix of prac\u00adti\u00adcal work in trai\u00adning com\u00adpa\u00adnies, sup\u00adple\u00admen\u00adted by inter-com\u00adpa\u00adny cour\u00adses run by indus\u00adtry asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adons and spe\u00adcia\u00adlist tea\u00adching at voca\u00adtio\u00adnal col\u00adleges. The theo\u00adre\u00adti\u00adcal les\u00adsons are spe\u00adci\u00adfi\u00adcal\u00adly expan\u00added with gene\u00adral edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sub\u00adjects.
