Project Manager “Facility Management” (operational maintenance)

Your profile

  • Completed basic training EFZ in a professional field related to operational maintenance as well as completed further training with a federal certificate. Specialist certificate or completed studies
  • At least ten years of professional experience
  • At least five years as a vocational teacher in the field of operational maintenance
  • Diploma as a vocational teacher in the main profession (possibly part-time)
  • Experience in the design of teaching materials
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (level B2)
  • Extremely independent working style, mentally resilient, open and flexible to change
  • Very good communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, confident demeanor
  • Responsible, persistent and a reliable contact person

Your tasks

  • Establishment of a team of specialist teachers with the support of the Indian school management
  • Close cooperation with the instructors of the inter-company courses and the vocational trainers of in-company training
  • Implementation of the school’s internal framework curriculum
  • Further development of the modularized curriculum
  • Support in the preparation of training documents
  • Methodological support for Indian subject teachers in the implementation of the teaching assignment
  • Ensuring the quality and continuity of our training standards

The basis for this is Switzerland’s proven dual vocational training model. Competent Swiss experts are supporting a vocational university (BSDU) in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The BSDU provides specialist training, general education and inter-company courses for various professions (polymechanics, carpenters, healthcare specialists, hotel specialists, electricians and car mechanics) as part of various training courses. In Facility Management, most of the in-company training is also carried out on the university’s large campus. The BSDU works together with partners from industry and trade for individual training elements.
